Terms of Service

Welcome to Green Lane Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greenlanesupply.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Green Lane Supply LLC ("Green Lane Supply," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We work to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are complete or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and many items are stocked by third-party manufacturers and distributors. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and cancel or refuse any order — including after an order is placed — if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
3. Vehicle fitment and compatibility
Fitment information is provided as a guide only. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits and is appropriate for your specific vehicle (year, make, model, trim, and any prior modifications) before purchasing and installing it. When in doubt, contact us at brad@greenlanesupply.com before you order — we're happy to help you get it right.
4. Installation, off-road use, and assumption of risk
Our products are for off-road, overland, and vehicle-modification use. Off-roading and vehicle modification are inherently risky activities. You are solely responsible for the proper and professional installation of all products, for compliance with all applicable laws (including vehicle equipment, lighting, and emissions regulations for on-road use), and for operating your vehicle safely. Some products are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads. You assume all risk arising from the purchase, installation, and use of any product bought from us.
5. Orders and payment
By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; your order is accepted when it ships.
6. Returns, shipping, and refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, build guides, logos, graphics, and photography — is owned by or licensed to Green Lane Supply and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission. Product names, brands, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Lane Supply LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product, or from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Warranties
Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site, and your continued use means you accept them.
